In this blog, we will explain step by step how to tackle it smartly and efficiently – without having to cram boring books for hours on end. Ready for your provisional driving licence B? Let's go!
Day 1-3: Start with the basics
Use our online learning platform RAPP to learn the basic rules and traffic signs.
Read a few chapters every day.
Take a quiz after each chapter to see if you have understood everything correctly.
Pay special attention to rules regarding right of way, signs, speeds, and hazardous situations.
Tip: Write down difficult rules or take screenshots – that will help you later when revising.
Day 4: Intensive practice with questions
Time to test yourself! From now on, the focus is on practice exams and realistic questions.
Complete 5-6 practice exams daily.
Note every mistake you make, and understand why you were wrong.
Review challenging topics (e.g., intersections, right of way rules, fines...).
Tip: Try to see the questions as stories or situations – this helps you remember them better.
Day 5: Identify and strengthen your weaknesses
Analyze the results of your practice exams and determine where you still need additional practice. Reread the chapters that you find challenging!
Tip: In the “Exam” module, you can view all your previous exams and which mistakes you made.
Handy: you instantly find out which chapter each mistake belongs to.
Day 6: Revision
Today is all about revision and self-confidence.
Review your mistakes and focus on difficult subjects.
Revise the theory.
Take at least 2 complete exams under time pressure.
Day 7: The dress rehearsal
Use the last day to go over your notes and focus on the main points. Keep this day relatively calm; review the key points and ensure you have enough relaxation. A rested mind performs better on exam day.
Tip: Prepare your identity card in advance. A calm mind = better scores.
